The MIYA Label ist eine unabhängige kreative Plattform für emotional geprägte elektronische Musik und konzeptionelle Soundprojekte.
Gegründet und geleitet von Miya Whitehouse, vereint das Label verschiedene künstlerische Identitäten – Miya Whitehouse, Miyami und Miya from Space – unter einer gemeinsamen Vision: eine klare, reduzierte Ästhetik, bewusste Produktion und Musik, die ebenso viel Gedanken wie Gefühl in sich trägt.
Der Name ist dabei zugleich Statement und Struktur.
Wenn jedes Projekt, jedes Soundkonzept und jede Submarke „Miya“ in sich trägt, war es nur konsequent, auch diesem übergeordneten Rahmen einen eigenen Namen zu geben. Nicht als Denkmal für eine Person, sondern als klare Architektur für Ideen.

Founded and directed by Miya Whitehouse, the label brings together multiple artistic identities — Miya Whitehouse, Miyami and Miya from Space — under one cohesive vision: refined aesthetics, intentional production and music that carries thought as much as feeling.
The name is both statement and structure.
When every project, every sound concept, every sub-brand carries “Miya” within it, it felt only natural to give that framework a name of its own. Not as a monument to a person but as a clear architecture for ideas.
Hinter dem Namen verbirgt sich außerdem eine leisere Ebene.
In verschiedenen Kulturen trägt „Miya“ Nuancen von Tiefe, Weite und etwas in sich, das ein wenig über das Offensichtliche hinausgeht. Für jemanden, der schon immer Struktur über Oberfläche, Textur über Farbe und Schwarz über so ziemlich alles andere gestellt hat, fühlte sich das einfach richtig an.
